Everyone is talking about an AI apocalypse.
At Scarlet Beast, that language hits differently. Our name comes directly from Revelation 17, where John of Patmos sees a woman seated on a scarlet beast with seven heads and ten horns. The chapter itself interprets those images through kings, kingdoms, power and upheaval.
We chose the name not because we endorse the destructive forces in the vision, but because powerful symbols—and people—are often judged before they are understood. Revelation asks readers to look beneath appearances and consider what power actually produces.
That matters now.
AI, war, politics and instability can make the future feel predetermined. But prophecy is still prophecy: a vision of what may come, often offered to people trying to find hope and meaning in turbulent times.
Prophecies can fail. Forecasts can fail. Predictions can fail.
And yet we remain here—in the eternal NOW.
Humanity still has agency.
