Startup Frameworks

We sell startup frameworks. Whole businesses, already built.

A framework is not a template and not a slide deck. It is a working business handed over intact — the source, the infrastructure, the automation, the brand, the runbooks and the operating knowledge that make it run. You buy the machine, not the plan to build one.

License · Acquire outright · Build to order

What You Are Buying

Three things most acquisitions leave out.

Every framework in this catalogue was built by us, run by us in production, and is transferred with the parts that normally go missing when a business changes hands.

01

The Running System

Not an archive. Live services, deployment pipelines, monitoring, backups and the infrastructure definitions that stand them back up from nothing. If it runs for us today, it runs for you on day one.

02

The Operating Knowledge

Runbooks, failure modes, the decisions we regret, the ones that paid. Written down, walked through, and rehearsed with your team before we hand over the keys.

03

The Commercial Shell

Brand, domain, copy, pricing model, onboarding flow and the public API surface. The parts that turn a codebase into something a customer can actually buy.

Flagship — Available for Acquisition

Scarlet Beast Poker

A complete, operating poker platform with a research-grade AI at the centre of it — packaged as a business to be sold. Everything below transfers: the product, the model, the infrastructure and the six generations of research that produced them.

The Platform

  • Multi-table real-money-ready game server with tournament and ring formats, hand histories, and a full player account system.
  • Native desktop clients for Windows, macOS and Linux, an Android build, and the browser client — all against one API.
  • A public download hub and developer portal, with the API documentation that ships alongside it.
  • Single sign-on shared with the rest of the estate, and an audited operator console for table and account administration.

Hiss — The AI

  • Six generations of neural networks (M1 → M6): supervised baseline, self-play with counterfactual regret minimisation, distributed scale-out, an architecture and abstraction overhaul, generalisation hardening, then production inference.
  • Computer vision that reads a live table — cards, stacks and bet sizes — straight into the decision path.
  • Real-time serving inside live gameplay timing budgets, with a C++ inference layer and a validated promotion gate that only ships a model that beats the incumbent.
  • The training corpus, the evaluation harness and the reproducible pipeline that grades every candidate come with it.

What Transfers

  • Source for the platform, the clients, the AI and the training infrastructure.
  • The domain, brand, store listings, API documentation and the public developer surface.
  • Deployment, monitoring and the bot-fleet automation that keeps the tables populated.
  • A 90-day operating handover with the engineers who built it.

New in the Catalogue

Tech’s Tinder

Deal-finding technology for hardware. It reads the whole second-hand and surplus market for you, scores every listing against what you actually need, and puts one decision in front of you at a time: swipe left, or swipe right.

The Problem

Hardware deals are real and they are constant — a data centre refresh, a liquidation, a lab clearing out last generation’s accelerators. They are also scattered across auction houses, liquidators, marketplace listings, broker mailing lists and regional classifieds, priced inconsistently, described badly, and gone within hours. Finding them is a full-time job that nobody has time to do.

What It Does

  • Ingests the market. Continuous collection across auctions, liquidators, surplus channels, broker feeds and classifieds, normalised into one comparable record per unit.
  • Understands the part. Messy listing text becomes structured hardware — model, generation, memory, condition, quantity, region — so a badly written listing still matches.
  • Prices it honestly. Every deal is scored against recent comparable sales and current retail, producing a margin estimate and a confidence level, not just a number.
  • Matches to your spec. You describe what you buy — parts, budget, condition floor, quantity, geography — and the engine only shows you deals that clear it.
  • One swipe per deal. Right to pursue, left to dismiss. Every swipe trains your profile, so tomorrow’s stack is sharper than today’s.
  • Moves before the market does. Push alerts the moment a listing beats your threshold, with the seller contact and a pre-written first message attached.
  • Works both ways. Sellers list surplus once and get matched into the buyer pool instead of shouting into a marketplace.

Why It Sells

The buyers are resellers, refurbishers, integrators, mining and AI-compute shops, IT asset disposition firms and anyone standing up compute on a budget. They already pay people to do this by hand. The product replaces the search, keeps the relationship, and takes a cut of the outcome — a subscription for the feed and a finder’s fee on what closes.

  • GPUs & accelerators
  • Servers & chassis
  • Storage arrays
  • Switching & routing
  • Workstations
  • Memory & CPUs
  • Lab & test gear
  • Data-centre surplus

In the Catalogue — Live

Signal

The creators network for the people who build the machines. Not who you know — what you built. Previously shipped as networkedin; the product is the same, the name is Signal.

The Idea

Every professional network ranks people by who endorsed them. Signal ranks them by what they shipped. A profile is a body of work — models trained, solvers written, systems put into production — with the artefacts attached, not a list of job titles and a headshot. Authorship over algorithm: the network remembers who built the thing.

What It Is

  • An open feed for closed-form solvers. Builders post work in progress — training runs, evaluations, failures worth reading — and the feed is chronological and unranked by design.
  • Résumés for the machine-makers. A profile is the shipped record: repositories, benchmarks, deployments, the models that made it to production and the ones that did not.
  • Follow, collaborate, recruit. Post, follow, form working groups, and hire out of the pool that has already proven what it can do.
  • One sign-in. Rides the estate SSO, so an account carries across every product without a second registration.

Why It Sells

Every AI lab, quant desk and solver shop is hiring from the same shallow pool and screening on the same unverifiable claims. Signal is a vertical network where the evidence is the profile — which makes it a hiring channel, a sponsorship surface and a pro-tier subscription in one, aimed at a market that currently has no home of its own.

  • Ship log profiles
  • Chronological feed
  • Working groups
  • Estate SSO
  • Hiring channel
  • Sponsorship slots
  • Pro tier
  • Rebrandable

See Services

Prices are quoted per framework in a written proposal. Nothing here is a listing price.

The Handover

From first call to your name on the deploy.

Diligence Call

Free, one hour. We open the running system, walk the architecture, and answer the uncomfortable questions first. You leave with a written summary whether or not you proceed.

Data Room

Source access under NDA, infrastructure inventory, dependency and licence audit, operating costs, and the known-issues list. Nothing is hidden to be discovered later.

Terms

A written proposal in the Proposals vault: scope, what transfers, what does not, price, timeline and the handover schedule. One document, no moving numbers.

Transfer

Repositories, domains, secrets, accounts and infrastructure move to you on a rehearsed cut-over. We stand up a clean environment from the definitions to prove it reproduces.

Operating Handover

Thirty, sixty or ninety days alongside your team: runbooks walked, incidents rehearsed, first releases shipped by you with us on the call. Then we step back.

Questions

The ones worth asking.

Is this a template marketplace?

No. A template is a starting point you still have to finish. These are systems already finished and already running in production — the work of turning them into a business has been done, and what is left is running it.

Why sell something that works?

We build more than we can operate. Scarlet Beast is a small human core amplified by automation; when a system outgrows the attention we can give it, the right outcome is an owner who will give it that attention. We would rather it live than idle.

Do you keep running it after the sale?

Only if you want us to. Every framework can transfer completely, or you can retain us on the engineering that keeps it moving. Both are priced up front.

What about the AI models — do those transfer?

Yes, where they are ours. For Scarlet Beast Poker that includes the trained weights, the training pipeline, the evaluation harness and the promotion gate — the whole apparatus that produces the next model, not just the current one.

Can you build one to my specification instead?

Yes. Build-to-order reuses the proven parts — auth, billing, API surface, deployment, monitoring — and puts your product on top of them. It is faster and cheaper than starting from nothing because most of the risk has already been paid for.

How is Tech’s Tinder different from a marketplace?

A marketplace waits for you to search it. Tech’s Tinder reads every marketplace for you, decides which listings are actually good deals against real comparable prices, and brings you one at a time. You are buying judgement and speed, not another listing feed.

Take one off our hands.

Tell us which framework, and what you would do with it. The diligence call is free, and you keep the written summary either way.

No Pitch, No Pressure
