Start here: up to three questions, at most five pages
This site has 173 free tools and guides, and a long list is hard to read on a hard day. Answer up to three short questions by pressing a button. You get at most five pages to open first, and a way to see the rest.
Private by design. This page saves nothing and sends nothing. It runs no analytics or tracking. Your answers are kept only in the address of this page while it is open, so the Back button works. That also means the address shows what you pressed: it stays in this browser’s history like any page you visit, and anyone you send the address to can see it. How we handle privacy.

How it chooses
- The first question sorts everything into eight broad subjects.
- The second offers the same “what do you need right now?” choices that the free tools page uses.
- If more than five pages fit, a third question asks what kind of page would help: a guide to read, a tool you fill in, or a page you can save for when there is no signal.
- For the subjects that many pages share, we wrote down ahead of time which five come first. The rest are put in order by a simple rule.
What this page can’t do
- It cannot understand your situation. It matches buttons to a list. No person and no AI reads what you press.
- It is not advice, and the pages it shows are not a diagnosis, a referral or a promise of help.
- It shows five at most. The right page for you may be the sixth. Every answer links to the full list.
- It only knows this site. Much of the help that exists is somewhere else: many of the guides point to it.

If you are helping someone else
- You can press the buttons with them, or for them, and hand over the screen at the end.
- Pass it on turns any page into a code for their phone camera, or a slip of paper.
- When you’re worried about someone has words to say and what to do next.
